Its All About Innovation, Flexibility And Choice

Easy Online Submission Process

Obtaining a quotation for your charity or non-profit organization is simple.  Just complete our easy-to-read submission 'request quotationfound on this web site and you will instantly receive an 'indication of terms'.

If necessary, your submission will be supplemented with a telephone interview between you and one of our dedicated underwriters.

Premium payments can be made in full by cheque or monthly via the insurer's automated direct debit system.

Your payment arrangement must reach our office within 5 days of binding!

Once your premium payment has been processed:

  1. The Declarations Page and Policy Wording will be forwarded via email.

  2. The original copy of the Declarations Page will be sent by mail (ICS for brokers).

  3. Your insurance coverage will be "bound" ( i.e., in force ), and your organization will be fully protected as of the effective date you specified.
Local Broker Service

Your local insurance broker can obtain the CAP Insurance Program on your behalf.  The advantages of working with your local broker are:

  1. Your insurance premium doesn't change (i.e., no additional cost to your organization).

  2. Any service assistance your organization may require is immediately available through your local broker (i.e. claims assistance, etc.).
To have CAP Insurance serviced by your local insurance broker, complete the requested information about your broker specified on the Insurance Application Form (the first step of the CAP purchase process) found in the 'request quotation section of this website.
